Design beyond the patient room.

Clinicians are burnt out. Over the past two years, many providers have prioritized patients over their own wellbeing. A supportive workplace for them is no longer a nice, clean room – it’s about providing comfortable, flexible spaces for privacy, respite and time to de-stress. It’s also about access to staff restrooms, nature, and wellness amenities.
